Looking at the frames while deciding what to try on at my eye doctors I came across this frame in purple, I thought perhaps this frame was a little wild for me, the first time I put them on I knew these were it! I’ve had nothing but compliments on the color and style, the fit is perfect light weight enough you hardly know you’re wearing glasses. I can’t stress enough how much I adorable the frames!

Made my first buying and everything was smooth. Send a question why my delivery was late and got a prompt response that the vendor was sending the items and once they arrived the items were promptly delivered to my house
The glasses I ordered were fine. The delivery was delayed and slower than originally scheduled. They took over 3 weeks. Don't order things if you need them promptly. Maybe if you pay for the expedited shipping they might have arrived sooner. My my shipping time was nearly 3X the maximum stated.

I had bought my first pair of Kate Spade Jeri Frames from this company in the color Grey. I had started scouring the web for online sellers of Designer Frames in my size, at Fair market prices when I had broken my current Jeri Frames from my optometrist but in a more fashionable color. Thank God that I found your company!! I spent a whole sleepless night scrolling through multiple sites and checking their company's reviews with an open mind. My old frame suited me perfectly but my optometrist kept telling me that they were on backorder for 6 months!! I thought maybe that she was dealing with a very small dealer for Frames and that maybe I should check sites to see if my old Jeri Frames were in stock, in my old color. Well, the bad news came first-- my old Jeri Frames in my color Havana Aqua Matte were truly still out of stock! And I was so upset, so I finally chose Designer Optics and began madly searching for ANY frames that they carried in my size. Well imagine my absolute surprise to see that Designer Optics had my exact same Kate Spade Frame in stock, but in a Grey color. And, they were priced around $58.00 before taxes and insurance and shipping!!! This is a phenomenal price because my eye Doctor was charging at least $220.00 for any of her Kate Spade frames! I quickly ordered them and they arrived quickly and in perfectly new condition! Next, I had rushed over to my Optometrist and to ask her if she could just pop out the lenses out of
my old, i and into my new Frames. I felt at that point that this was my most adequate way to get new glasses made. But of course, when I got to my Doctor's office, a bunch of newer and larger Frames were now in her stock in a square acetate design which I was thinking was more trendy and had much larger temples which I always wanted for everyday frames, not just for my Sunglasses!! Well , as you could guess after trying on Many expensive frames which were not even my size that I was exhausted and I went home with My Grey Jeri Frames but no lenses. Designer Optics then came to my rescue with so MANY brands in all shapes, sizes, colors, and availability. I had done a ton of research , looking for frames that were my exact fit and shape for my very round face including larger lens frames which also had wider temples which I hadn't seen previously at my Doctor's. I got so lucky! I found 2 pairs of frames that I had wanted and they both were Pink color to boot!! This checked off all of my boxes and I rushed to order them right away. They were VERY modestly priced compared to my choices at any retail store that I have ever seen. And finally this Customer Service representative that helped me to REMAIN a loyal, repeat Customer was Steven Almonte Martinez, who works in the back office and NOT on the companies traditional phone Customer line! On the regular phone line I had been treated like DIRT, and LIED TO when I had called with questions about the order that I had just placed! And when I asked for his Supervisor, he put me on the hold of death and then after a long wait, he hung up on me without any attempt to call me back!! After that quality of treatment, I immediately cancelled my order because I could not afford to buy things in a blind rush, from an online company with such strict return policies!! That's when I got truly LUCKY and found Steven Almonte Martinez. I found him after I was frantically emailing Customer Service to make sure that my order was cancelled IMMEDIATELY, before shipping began. Steven was first to respond and come to my rescue. He instantly emailed me to let me know that my order had been immediately cancelled and that my Credit Card was pending the entire amount of refund which had been charged to me. He also took the time to ask why I had so abruptly cancelled. Well, i told Steven every detail of my phone call and how I had been lied to and hung up on. He first apologized , and then offered to make things right in any way that he could. Most agents nowadays give the "I am so sorry, Ma'am," completely automatic and insincere apology that the Managers teach them to say. They, are basically telling me that they are so sorry that I disagreed with their companies Rules but that they could not help me either!! But NOT STEVEN!! He first very simple and accurately explained the basic questions that the first phone representative claimed that no one could answer in the Company. He then assisted me in placing another order, excluding a third frame that he discovered I had initially ordered in the wrong size! He was such a good person, and handled the process with the kindness and empathy that you rarely get nowadays! He also offered, as a gesture of Goodwill from his company, an even more enticing discount from the offer I received online. And finally, he explained why my order of two frames had to arrive on 2 different shipping dates, because those frames were located in 2 different warehouses. Also, without my knowledge, had sent BOTH of my frames...
I’m on my second pair of glasses from designer optics. Considering a third pair now because they do such a fabulous job for half the price. I have never had a problem and whenever I’ve had a question their Customer Service is so helpful and so kind.
