I had the same pair in a different color and couldn’t find anything I liked better at the optical shop. I was happy to find these frames online in a slightly different color than the ones I had and for the same price I would have paid with the insurance discount at the optical shop. When they arrived, they looked brand new but were warped. They were very loose and uneven. Fortunately, the optical shop was able to bend them back into shape and adjust the fit, and now they’re perfect! I gave 4 stars only because they were warped. Ultimately, it was no big deal, and I got great frames for a great price. I would recommend the frames and the site.
still haven’t refunded order after 5 days
I'm very unhappy with my purchase as I can't use the glasses. The magnification in the lenses does not match the prescription I submitted (they caused me to have headaches and so I got them checked at an optometry clinic). Customer service said they would not refund the lenses even though I offered to keep the frames.
I purchased a pair of Tom ford glasses from designer optics and received them in lass than two weeks. The glasses arrived in perfect condition and were exactly what I ordered.

They contacted me about my order and said it may take a few days to arrive since they are coming from the manufacturer site. the glasses arrived in a few days. They were exactly what I ordered in perfect condition. I had a good experience with designer optics and I will definitely recommending them. 1- Please fill out this form Return Authorization Form to get an RMA # you will receive a RMA # with instruction on how to return them within 48 to 72 Business hours from the time you submitted the form. Wait for our confirmation e-mail before shipping back the return
2- Send the product back to us following the instructions indicated in our e-mail and to the address we will provide you.
3- Make sure to confirm with us via e-mail the shipping date, the shipping service you used and the tracking number whenever you have
4- Include details of the return and how you would like for us to go about it (refund, store credit, exchange, etc). Designer Optics is not responsible for items damaged along the way.
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days from when items are received for us to process the refund. The amount to be refunded will not include shipping charges. if the order consists of 3 or more frames we will charge a 20% Restocking fee. otherwise only the shipping will be deducted.
