Terrible service!

It took over a month to receive my order. Every time I called to follow up on my order I got an excuse as to why it was taking so long. Mind you I was told when I placed my order that I would receive it within 14 days. I made sure to give myself plenty of time so that I would have my new prescription sunglasses to take on my vacation and that didn’t happen. I even paid an extra fee to expedite my shipping. All around terrible customer service and a rip off. I will never use them again. They never offered to give me a refund/credit for the long wait nor did they refund the expedited fee that I paid.
