Stop and check out the Google Street View of this lab. Wish I had paid attention to the reviews. I uploaded my prescription and placed an order on June 30 with overnight shipping. The glasses arrived on July 21. The lenses didn’t match my prescription. When I contacted support, they claimed I never uploaded a prescription—but still made and shipped prescription glasses anyway. That’s either a lie or a violation of federal law, you can't fill a prescription without a prescription. Their fix? A 15% discount to remake them. Even if they offered to replace them for free, I wouldn’t trust these folks again.
